Welcome to your senior year Class of 2026! We ask that both parents and seniors please bookmark this page and check it frequently throughout the year. Our grad team will be updating this with information as it becomes available.

Graduation Ceremony Information

The Class of 2026 Commencement Ceremony will be held on campus at MVHS Jack Harris Stadium located at 2755 NE 27th Street on Thursday, June 4 at 7:00pm.

Graduates are allowed to invite family and friends to attend the graduation ceremony, there are no tickets/guest limit*

Gates to the stadium will open for guest entry at 6:00pm.
Parking is limited, so please carpool when at all possible.
Stadium seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. All other seating will be on the grass field. Attendees are encouraged to bring fold out camping chairs, blanket or may stand in the rear.
Dress for the weather - sunscreen and water for sun, warm jackets and umbrellas for the rain.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to Silly String, Beach Balls, Balloons, Noisemakers, Air horns, Firecrackers, explosives, or flammable devices of any kind.
Our campus is a tobacco, alcohol, and substance free zone; these are not permitted on school grounds.

*In the case of severe inclement weather conditions (lightning and thunder conditions and/or excessive smoke) seniors will be issued 6 tickets and attendees will be limited to that number as we move the ceremony indoors.

Please use the table of contents to view details surrounding the last week for seniors, as well as the specifics to our graduation ceremony. April 24 : Senior Mtng, Grad Announcement distribution, and Important Info during Advisory at 11:07am in the Auditorium
May 15 : All work must be submitted for Bend-La Pine Online classes
May 21 : Senior Mtng Cap and Gown distribution, 12pm in the Auditorium
May 28 : Yearbook Party, 2:45-4:30pm. Purchase a ticket for $2 to pick up yearbooks & enjoy outdoor games/music/prizes. See the Yearbook page of the MV website for more details.
May 29 : iPad Rollin through ELA class
May 29 : Senior Grade Deadline, all work submitted to teachers and passing grad requirements by 4pm

June 2 : Year End Assembly & Senior BBQ

Elementary School Grad Walks

Seniors are invited to the following "grad walks" through the halls of their former elementary schools.
Parent will need to call the MVHS attendance line to excuse student from any missed classes if they choose to participate.

June 4th:
Ponderosa Grad Walk @ 8:30
Ensworth Grad Walk @ 8:30
Lava Ridge Grad Walk @ 1:45

June 8th:
Buckingham Grad Walk @ 1:30

Grads should wear their cap & gown. Contact the elementary school directly with questions.

Cap & Gown Ordering

All graduating seniors are required to purchase a cap and gown unit (which includes a tassel), and all orders need to be placed through Miners Graduate Services. To order items, please follow these instructions:

Go to Miners Graduate Website
Select Graduation Supplies
Select Mt View High School from the drop down
Scroll down and select CAP & GOWN UNIT

Graduation announcements and other printed materials will be distributed in mid-April.

Cap and gowns will be distributed in May

Class Rings and Letterman Jackets may be ordered throughout the school year.

Parent Organized Grad Party Info

The graduation party is a late night, drug and alcohol free event for graduating senior students that is organized, funded and staffed by senior parents. This party is not school or district sponsored. Please contact this year's parent grad party committee for any and all questions.

This year's party will be held prior to graduation on Wednesday, June 3 at the Trampoline Zone and Adventure Park from 8pm-12am. Please direct all questions to this year's planning committee at:
