Welcome to Mountain View High School

Home of the Cougars!

Our mission is to partner with families to teach, mentor, and support our young people as they take the next steps in their education journeys.

We are proud to be part of a community that cares deeply about its students and is committed to helping every student feel connected, challenged, and prepared for what comes next.

Our schoolwide priorities for the 2026–27 school year are:

• Strengthening a culture of care that allows students to thrive in an environment that is safe, welcoming, inclusive, and built upon mutual respect.
• Ensuring a rigorous academic environment that challenges and prepares every student for success after high school.
• Creating an engaging high school experience filled with connection, happiness, opportunity, and Cougar pride.

The main factor in determining student success is attending school as much as possible! Our teachers and systems are adept at helping students succeed when they are here at school regularly.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or need support. We look forward to partnering with you for a fantastic school year!
